Salon Policy

Your services are reserved especially for you.

We value your business and ask that you respect the salon's policies. When scheduling an appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.

We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. All of our appointment confirmations are sent via text or email. Please honor your appointment.

Deposits

Permanent makeup services, such as microblading, will require a $100 deposit prior to service.

Non-permanent makeup services, such as eyelash extensions, require a $50 deposit.

This deposit is non-refundable and will be subtracted from the final cost of your service upon checkout. If you choose NOT to pay the holding deposit, we will not be able to hold your appointment time or date.

Deposits should paid within 24 hours of receiving appointment invoice.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

Appointments may be rescheduled a total of two times before loss of deposit and cancellation of the appointment. You must schedule a new appointment and submit a new deposit if you still wish to proceed with the services.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us by email, telephone or text at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Changes of appointments with less than 24 hours notice are subject to loss of service, and forfeit of deposit. Rescheduled appointment dates must be no later 30 days of the originally booked appointment date.

We ask that our clients are on time for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results. We have a 15 minute grace period to attend a scheduled appointment, after which is subject to cancellation of the service. While we will try our best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible if you will be later than the stated grace period.

Refills

To avoid the risk of mixing different adhesives and materials from work done by other salons or lash artists – We do not perform refill services on work that was not done at Beauty by Carly. No exceptions can be made.

If you currently have Eyelash Extensions from a different salon or artist, they must be removed before receiving a new set from us.

Consultations

Before commiting to permanent makeup you will need attend a consultation with us. We'll interview you to assess your lifestyle and personal tastes. We'll also discuss pretreatment guidelines for your service.

A patch test will be applied to determine if you have an adverse reaction to the treatment or products used during the treatment.

Consultation is not required for non-permanent makeup services.
